Miss LU is currently visiting LEWI as part of the LEWI Resident Graduate Student Program. She graduated from Nanjing University Of Finance & Economics in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Management. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration Management at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Her research interests include digital government, e-Government, public policy and other multidisciplinary fields. She once obtained a China National Scholarship.
