Martin Sebena holds a PhD in International Political Economy from the University of Hong Kong. His research interests include the geoeconomics of technological competition, the international political economy of energy transition, geopolitical risk, and EU-China relations. Previously, dr. Sebena worked as a lecturer of international relations at the University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining academia, he worked in the finance and supply chain industries in Zurich, Melbourne, and Hong Kong.
